Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Service

By using R6Intel you agree to these Terms. R6Intel provides statistical and historical analysis of Rainbow Six Siege player accounts using available third-party data.

2. Service Changes

Features, algorithms, thresholds, interfaces, data providers and availability may change as R6Intel evolves. Information may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.

3. Suspicion Scores

A Suspicion Score represents statistical anomalies detected by the active R6Intel model. It is not an accusation, determination, or probability that a player cheated.

4. Statistical Limitations

False positives and false negatives are possible. Skill, alternate accounts, matchmaking, team composition, sample size, playstyle changes and upstream-data errors can affect results.

5. Reports, Sanctions and Appeals

Player reports are leads for moderation review. Shared networks, duplicate sources, unusual performance and associations with sanctioned players may provide context but are not conclusive on their own. Players may use the available appeal workflow to dispute a moderation decision.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use R6Intel to harass, threaten, stalk, dox, impersonate or defame another person; overload the service; bypass rate limits or security controls; manipulate analytics; submit malicious code; or violate applicable law.

7. Third-Party Information

R6Intel does not guarantee that third-party information is accurate, complete, current or continuously available. Cached information may be displayed when live data is unavailable.

8. Independent Project

R6Intel is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or operated by Ubisoft. Rainbow Six, Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft and related marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability and Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. R6Intel may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material revisions will update the displayed version or effective date.
